I am fairly novice with actionscript 2 and haven’t approached AS3 yet. I had assistance a few years ago compiling my website and when I recently redesigned the appearance of it and uploaded it to my server, I found that the movie is repeating itself!
Please let me know if you know why?
Also, I have a page that I would like to put up as a home page but because the buttons load empty movie clips I can’t figure out how to put the home page up and only clicking on the buttons once. In other words, if I put the homepage in frame 1 and the movieclips load in frame 2, if I put a gotoandplay(2) action in the first frame, it still requires a click on the button once it gets to frame 2 to load the empty move clip. Any idea how to resolve this?
