So here’s my problem…. It’s driving me up the wall!!! lol
The website I’ve done works absolutly fine.. but for some reason when you load it, it sometimes loads the movie, and then re plays it from the start, even though theres stop actions etc…
theres a Main movie, with a holderMc in it.. and all the external pages get loaded in the holder by clicking on the seperate buttons/links…
The Main movie never repeats.. it’s just when I click for instance “services”.. it would bring up the external file, play all of it.. and then where the stop action is.. repeat from the start of that movie…
This doesn’t happen on my local machine.. just when it’s up on the server… the first time it happened.. i just re published the files using ‘flash player 8’ instead of 9… that fixed the problem, and it was working all day…
until now.. it done it again on 2 pages…
what is it? No idea.!
It’s the first time I’ve come accross this problem… could it be something with the web hosting company? or maybe IE.. or what version flash player the ‘viewer’ has?
it hasn’t occured in firefox.. just IE.

I looked into the buttons… and chaged the action from onRelease to onPress… this still didn’t fix the issue…
it only happens sometimes… It’s as if the stop actions in my movies are being ignored… but If i refresh.. then they are not ignored.
ideas?
