just thought we’d try and see what everyones favourtie movie from the last 12 months were
favourite of 2004: I’m gonna say the latest Harry Potter was the best I seen. Different from the rest and thoroughly enjoyable. The child actors really came into their own in this movie, an experienced performance from a few kids who in the first one looked really nervous who have now matured (slightly) and are proving to be a great cast for some great movies.
I’d also like to give a mention to Lost in Translation. I know it was released in the states in 2003, but we didn’t get it until Feb 2004. Great movie.
worst of 2004: Not the worst movie I ever saw but I was disappointed by ‘The Incredibles’. Got so much hype, even heard one reviewer say it was better than Toy Story. Sorry but I didn’t think so. Animation was amazing butu we’ve come to expect it now. Story was a bit slow at first and I’ve never seen a worse case of wasting Samuel L Jackson ever.
eager for 2005: can’t wait to see War of the Worlds and King Kong however the ultimate movie for next year, I think anyway, will be Batman. Just a big Batman fan and I can’t wait to see what they’ve done this time. It looks promising :thumb:
