Moviecliploader kirupa example

Hi there:
in the moviecliploader example here in kirupa:http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscrit/moviecliploader.htm

When we hit the button 1, it loads the image and the preloader works fine, but when we hit the second button, the previous image disapears, and begins the preloader of the new image (2);

Is there a way to keep the image 1 when we hit the second button and the when it full loads, then show the second image.
