looks really nice… but its missing a certain quality
the idea is all there… but the beginning is just dull… you need some music with good timing or something… its really close to good, just missing polish
i still like it though

I agree and disagree, on the beginning I wanted user to be relaxed, I wanted him to jump off the seat once enter the home, that’s why I try escaping loops and hevy graphics on the begining, but it does miss something, I agree…polishing time this week :slight_smile:

its not bad, but i have a few comments:

  1. the intro or beginning or whatever it is with the egg or something takes waaaay too long, shorten it up.

  2. the scan lines make the text very hard to read, especially the blue text.

  3. the green roll over effect on your nav doesn’t suit the rest of the site, it looks cut-up and out of place.

other than that, seems fine :slight_smile:

Sup dude, back with number 2 i see. My comments:

the main menu when you start, you are shown all these glowing buttons with no indicators?What am i clicking , a enter button?

Once you are in the movie it looks pretty good, i agree with liam that those green roll overs don’t suit the rest of your site and the scanlines are making the blue text hard to read.

:: maybe some Bckground music?
:: the character you made is trippy reminds me of monty pythons flying circus ! lol, trippy but nice work. :slight_smile:

  1. intro being too long :slight_smile: there is a reason for it, check it out u watch tv…cool trailer, they dont tell you what’s behind it, and yet you have to wait :slight_smile:

  2. hard to see :slight_smile: I know I had hell with that grid in the back :slight_smile: but I like it, I myth change the font or put something behind it :slight_smile: thanks

yo man, glad to be back to boards :slight_smile: those glowing buttons, well there is osme more content to come, remember day night version, something like that a site within a site :slight_smile: I have some freek ideas for those six babyes in the midlle :slight_smile:

background music = there is 2 loops for main and inside cant you hear them? the character is so funny, ahah I had so much fun animating it, I wanna take him even futher, but I dont know 3dstudio :slight_smile: maybe next month

Great site man. Looks like a lot of effort went into it.

How come we have to sit through the logo thing at the very beginning? You could definitely lose it or move it to a relevant part of your site.

The the egg section. If you don’t have a flash sniffer then have a page with get flash, enter and maybe your recommended specs. After that it should be clear sailing to your site [IMHO]. After the egg section, I have to click some dudes button gut to proceed. At this point if feels like you don’t want me to enter your site :frowning: lol

As said b4, you really should label your buttons, even if it’s only on rollover.

Not sure what section I’m in [lol] but it says Month of June at the top [And this could do with being labeled in each section once inside too]. The rollovers for the 4 thumbnails take quite a while to show themselves. It could be sped up.

With your menu along the top and the fact that there is no news or real content on the Home page, you might as well lose the Return Home button.

The metal guy is cool man. The way it points to sections on a submenu is cool too.
In some places I think it could be better animated but for the most part it’s really good.

I think it needs color quite drastically at the moment. The gray on gray sites are cool and everything, I just feel yours would better benefit having some color in it.

I also think you could find some better sound FX if you look.

Ok That’ll do as this sounds like I’m bashing your site, and I’m not. These are just some things I noticed that I might do a different way.

Over all the site is sweet mate! Good work.

I didnt label my buttons, because I wante to be really freaky…not knowing from where and what…:slight_smile:

4 tubnails :slight_smile: yea it took like 5 sec, I tryed but the pictures inside are big so its hard …I have no preloders on the site just on the beginning,

return home has one purpose, I love the effect, so I dont even browse upper nav :slight_smile:

I love colors, will think about it :slight_smile:

fx = its hard to come up with your own sounds…working on it

The site is nice a very diffrent concept but somewhat disorienting but i understand that you want it to be that way, just remember not everyone is a curious person and some people might think the sites busted or something.

It takes for ever to load on 56k thats basicaly my main complaint about your site but i understand you have some nice graphics but i still think you should try to optimize it a bit more if thats possible.

All in all a very nice site with some cool effects with just those two small things to fix, good work man :beam: :wink:

Sorry for long reply :slight_smile: just been swomped with work!
I try putting quality on 80% to make modules smaller, I save like 100k each, and work and clients is like 7k lol I wish they are all like that. I know that is a bit disoriented…I’m just not ready to put any text on my buttons yet, but defenetly u are right, I will come up with something very soon :slight_smile:

i found your site very clean and origional.:slight_smile:

it lagged just a little on parts with a lot of 3d stuff to them, but the rest of the site was very smooth.
