I’m building a site for a customer who wants about 15 seconds of “Bad to the Bone” by [color=black]George Thorogood & The Destroyers[/color] to loop on his site.
Is this legal? Can I take 15 seconds of any song and loop it without legal action?
The customer is telling me it is fine…but I wanted to ask people who might actually know.
