This may sound like a stupid question and I’ve searched kirupa, but I didn’t find any good answer. Here is the problem. I made my buttons in Illustrator and saved them as .ai (v6). When I import those buttons and use them in Flash, everything is so blurry.
The button is a letter with a frame around it. I get the letter ok (with anti-aliasing text), but the frame stays blurred in flash. When I export my movie, everything stays blurred… AND I HATE IT!
Did you use a filter for the background?
Also, check your font sizes / stroke sizes. Don’t really know what to say. Also, try copy/pasting from illustrator instead of import. That’s what I normally do, and I never have problems.
Oh, and also make sure you don’t have any blank layers; that causes problems with Swift3d sometimes, so it might affect flash too. Just a guess…
Hmmm, it is still blurred. I want to make buttons like on this page, on the top right (the pink, red and green buttons). So no effects or something, just plain and simple buttons.
When i convert my text in illustrator to outlines, in flash it’s blurred. When i leave it like text in ill, it is good in flash (with anti-aliased text on!), but the frame around the letter is blurred. Even when I make the buttons in flash, when i export the movie, it is blurred.
Is there any preference about viewing things in flash? (or something like that…)
