Hi,
There is a tutorial on creating snow in Flash. I need to be able to place it in x and y on the stage as well as resize it. There does not appear to be a way to place it somewhere else.
The kicker is that I’m trying to complete a project today. Any thoughts, or maybe it simply can’t be altered?
