I was wondering if anybody has come across an effect that would be similar to watching an image on a cylinder as the cylinder is rotating along the y axis (if the y-axis is the axis that connects the two circles of a cylinder). I’ve been experimenting on my own, and am making slight progress. I was kind of able to get the effect, although it wasn’t very convincing. So, the next step I’m taking is horizontally dividing a picture that is 125X120 pixels into five different sections. I’m still working on the code to have everything moving, _yscaling, masked, and timed right, which will take alot of experimenting but I’ll get there.
