Ideas to improve:
[LIST]
[*]Typo in the header info- “gaphic” should be graphic.
[*]Pick some more readable type for the top left header.
[*]Make the scrollbar hit area for the slider larger.
[*]Kill the music. It doesn’t serve a purpose.
[*]Crisp the type.
[*]Make the transitions less linear, and add more complexity to them, rather than just a transition sliding in and out.

Hope this is a decent start!
The music doesnt serve at all but a lot of effects in the best sites doesnt serve too.
The music is a surplus and if the user likes the song he can hear it or stop it.
I agree with darkmotion about the font. Change it in one more readable.
Anyway to be your first website in flash i think that it could be a good start
