Okay, so the coding was screwed up on my other thread, but this time, i code it all over again and it SHOULD be better now. The only problem I see is that on Firefox users, the flash banner will REPLAY every time you enter a new page or refreshes, on IE users, this only happens once until you close it and open it again.
please give me your full thoughts, and i tried my best coding it the way it should.
