What I can tell you about the script: It needs to be as simple as possible. It will be a centralized location for project supervisors to monitor it and for us underlings to keep on track.
If your office had such a utility, what features would you want it to have? What would you like it to focus on? How would it be structured(front end)? (May be more questions in a bit)…
