In some places the black font is hard to read against the dark grey image background. Maybe switch to white?
Some of the buttons in the menu are good, for instance the pics button fading on rollover to reveal three options is a nice idea. But when there’s only one option (such as contact and links) it seems a but unnecessary.
Maybe try using a lighter colour of grey, just to brighten up the site…maybe the white font will help.
But it’s nicely layed out, fast, well designed, clear, I didn’t struggle to find anything all easily accessible (AARRGGHHH…I used that word), looks quite cool if a bit dark.
