MySQL -> PHP EDIT/ADD/SAVE (News XML)

Hi.

I am trying to make a site but there I have a news section and I’m making it in FLASH with XML can somebody sugest me how to make it!!

make it through MySQL -> PHP -> XML -> FLASH or has anybody any better IDEA!!
