Named Anchor Page Transition

Hey, you all know about the HTML page transitions. Such as the beautiful:
<meta http-equiv=“Page-Enter” content=“blendTrans (Duration=0.25)”>
<meta http-equiv=“Page-Exit” content=“blendTrans (Duration=0.25)”>

I was wondering if I could have a page transition when I go to a named anchor.

rather than just having the url be #anchor you could have currentpage.html#anchor
