Anywho, that was what I built from this mock:
In the mock, the footer spreads all the way across, which I thought would simply be 100% in the CSS. Here’s a link to my CSS:

A friend of mine said you have to use negative margins and/or padding, which works fine in Firefox, but in IE if you do that you get that ugly horizontal scrollbar … so, if anyone knows of any other method of creating a footer that would span the entirety of the page (like, maybe, iframes?), please let me know.
