Hi, I do hope someone can help me with this as I am at wits end…
We are working on a Flash based project where we have built scrollbars to move a text layer up and down by both clicking on up or down arrows and by grabbing a scroll bar and moving it up and down. Sometimes, after releasing the scrollbar the mouse will get trapped and the user loses all ability to navigate within the flash movie and when they roll over the text area it scrolls with the movement of their mouse.
I am out of ideas. Please help.
** Another small issue we are having is huge inconsistencies in the ability of users to play an mp3 file that loads into the movie. Some can, some can’t. This would be a bonus if someone could help.
