Ok, how do u know whether or not the Flash5 you got is the FULL version so it’s able to go on the web. Or a ACADEMIC version which cant be displayed on the net. Is there a way for me to find this out in Flash? Please help me…

How do you know that the academic version can’t be displayed on the net? You could be right… but I hadn’t heard that.
As far as a sure fire method, if you know that this is true, try uploading it to a server and then see if you can view it online. 
If you’ve got the box, it should say somewhere which version it is… If all else fails you should be able to send the s/n to macromedia in an email and ask them to check on the number.
