Need Help - Really annoying box

I have recently got Flash 8 Proffesional and keep having a really annoying issue. When I double click a movieclip i get a really annoying box animation that is really slow, when I had flash 8 before it didn’t do that is there anyway to turn it off. Thanks in advance
