I’m trying to make a symbol that looks like a wheel rotating but not be at an angle that’s perpendicular to the viewer, but rather like it’s on a car coming toward you so the back part of the wheel is a little smaller than the front part. I want the wheel to be stationary but spinning. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do this. I’ve read tutorials but I can’t seem to make any sense of them. Does anybody have an idea what I need to do?
