So, I have a 12" kicker sub with a giant *** box in the trunk which thumps like crazy but the problem is, my car is kind of small, its a 96’ civic sedan, and so if I put the volume above a certain level, the it sounds really good except for one minor hitch, the trunk door or lid or whatever starts vibrating and making noise like high-vibration on metal because I think its loose or whatever. The point is, I can make it stop if I sit on the trunk or push it down real hard so its firm, but obviously I cant do this while driving… so does anyone know how I can secure the trunk lid (obviously not with ropes or something ) in someway or make it fit better somehow that it won’t vibrate and make that annoying noise? I can’t hear the noise from the inside but outside the car its really apparant and it sounds bad.
