I need to design a complex form that allows users to rate and post comments in in php: for example from 1 to 5 star rating, with comments like Amazon.com:
also I need to be able to review comments and ratings first before will go live on a server so I think I would need some sort of a back end interface for that, Can anyone give me a link or help me to design one. I have no experience whats so ever designing forms so I am willing to learn this in a few days. I have a deadline 4 days and need some serious help. google helped too much, it found too much stuff but all of them were very hard to follow. does anyone actually know a good tutorial for what I need? or can someone help me to walk me thru step by step.
