Need help with Flash site backgrounds

I want my flash background to behave exactly like this one:
[/size][size=1][color=#4b505d]Blur Studios[/color][/size][size=1]

Notice:

  1. Thier background graphics (A light brown top bar with the blur logo on it and a darker, larger brown area that houses the contents) stretches all the way across the browser - from the left to right sides.

How does one go about setting up a flash document to accomplish this? I assume this is done in flash and not dreameaver right?

It is done by putting width=“100%” height=“100%” in the embed tag for your flash. You will notice that if you scale the window the entire movie scales, not just the background.

Already did this in Flash: Settings > html

This doesn’t seem to make the swf’s background graphics go from one end to the other.

Did you design to a multiple of most screens? Because it will scale, not stretch your movie, so try to design it with something like 800x600. this appears to be how this was made. I think I need to see your problem for anything further. because it works for me…

You mean in Flash, set the Stage to 800x600?

yeah, you will need to mess with it to accomidate scrollbars and the such, but there-abouts.

If it helps the blur index swf is set at 1000x795 pixels.
