I have a client who wants to run Quicktime VR from a Flash application. I told him that it wasn’t possible, so he instead suggested setting up a button inside the Flash application that would open an HTML page that has the QTVR embedded in it. I set it up like he asked with some help from a friend of mine. Unfortunately, when you click on the button that opens the browser, it’s causing the Flash application to fall out of fullscreen mode, which, in his opinion, defeats the purpose of the whole thing. He wants there to be a seamless transition from the Flash window to the browser window, which will have a button in it that closes the browser window so you can go back to the Flash app. I really don’t know that much about actionscript, so I don’t know if there’s any way to do what he wants here. Anyone have any suggestions?
I think you should use a program such as MDM Zinc. http://www.multidmedia.com/
can you not just have the app as 100% in the browser window and not the screen itself - then you will avoid the issue far more easily
