hey…I’ve got a simple and or stupid question, I’m making a 3d site with 4 moving frames, I want the frame that the mouse is over to come in and get larger, while the other three move to the sides and shrink. I am trying to give myself a little more room in the focus frame for pictures and text and the like. an older site of mine that gave me the idea is www.studioxproductions.net. unfortunately, that site mouse click to change focus. on the new site, the top left frame is going to have the main navigation buttons, the bottom left frame is going to have streaming audio and video. the top right frame will have group shots, that will change focus when you click on a person, and the bottom right will have text and pictures about the person upon whom you click.
the icing on the cake will be when the frame that the mouse is over zooms, and the others shrink back. currently the frames are their own individual swfs brought in through load frames.
to be honest, I mainly consider myself a front end designer, and I need a little help on this one. I realize that I’m going to have to set up 4 animations from the main screen, and 3 from each frame ( a total of sixteen ) setting up the animations is not my problem, triggering them from a mouseover howeverr is. any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve looked for a tutorial with no luck, so even if anyone can point me in the right direction, a thousand thanks.
