Need Help With Mp3 Loops!

Anybody, HELP!!,
I need help with mp3 loops, for some reason i can’t get rid of a split delay when loop is playing, I’ve used soundforge to get rid of all the silent space in audio, but still nothing.

Also how can i fix track buttons, for some reason i heve to click twice to let audio play.
