ok i need to know how to play a different scene from a button in a movie clip. i know that i can make it play the original scene by saying _root.gotoandplay but how do you get it to play another scene in the movie??
you can add another scene…and let the root timeline play out…that is one way of changing scenes…from a button what you can do is…
on (release) {
gotoAndPlay(“scene”, “frame#”);
}
