Need help with some effect

Alright I will be honest I’m not very good at Action script so my Flash world is limited mostly to what I can do in flash. So what I need to do is to take a bunch of pictures and make them be able to expand when I put the mouse over, I saw this Adidas web-site (http://www.adidas.com/com/homepage.asp) that’s exactly what I’m trying to do, it doesn’t have to be as detailed but I just need the picture to become bigger and be able to put some description of the picture. Now I want to ask if there any tutorial for this in flash? (Flash cs3 and lower). I saw yesterday in the main page that there was a “Design-time sizing in expression Blend” for Silverlight and I think that’s what I’m looking for, there’s equivalent tutorial for that in flash? Thanks
