I’ve used the original XML image gallery tutorial to create my own gallery and it’s working brilliantly - so thanks for a great and easy to understand tut!
Now I’ve come to the point where I want to customise my gallery. In essence, rather than loading the XML fiel straight off and showing the first image, I want the user to be able to select a gallery to load.
To do this, I’ve set up an XML combo box which reads in the list of available galleries from another XML file. Now comes the bit I’m unsure of. What I want to do is pass the details of the selected gallery from that combo box to the next frame of my movie where the images are shown.
I know it’s probably really simple, but I’ve only dabbled in Flash up til now, so any help with writing the handler would be appreciated! :toad:
