Need to show work experience kid how to use flash

… and get him to draw a graphic and animate it

… but he’s never used a computer for any form of design/drawing before!!

what should I do? anyone got any bright ideas how I can get him drawing with flash something that’ll look impressive but is dead easy to do?

subject suggestions?? anything? I need help here :-\

remember he doesn’t know any of the tools so it needs to be really simple

thanks

I suggest going through the tutorials in Flash’s help menu. They will show him the basics.

Also there are a lot of basic tutorials on ascenvia as well, here’s the link to some basic ones.

Open up Kirupa.com and tell him to start in the tutes section.

sounds good, the less I have to do the better :beam:

Hi Andrews, for the last year ive been forfilling a web master contract for my university, and there’s people here who have done some fantastic stuff , cool interactives …real great original stuff, most of these produced by work expereince kids.
I say take the kid on board and motivate him show him some cool stuff and get involved with him a bit, maybe start a small project with him… worst thing out is to leave him in the corner to get frustrated with a few tutes especially if he is as inexperienced as you say he is, afterall if you take someone on for work experience you shouldnt make it a burden…dont ya think? you can have some fun too
