**JOB OVERVIEW: **
Working along with a Senior Requirements Analyst, the effort will be to provide UI Prototyping support for base lining a set of Use Cases for the largest integrated Justice Management System in the <st1:place w:st=“on”><st1:country-region w:st=“on”>United States</st1:country-region></st1:place>.

The UI Developer role would require strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills along with strong facilitation (e.g. storyboarding sessions with client/users) and client facing skills. A Java development background is preferred and experience with RUP/Rational is a plus but not a hard requirement.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS: **

  • 3+ years experience in UI design for client server or web transaction based systems with 5+ years total IT experience

  • Significant experience working with clients/end users to storyboard and facilitating requirements gathering is required

  • Strong HTML/DHTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript and related coding skills are solid requirements

  • Experience working within the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with UML and use cases is strongly preferred but not a hard requirement

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills

  • Complex application development project experience within a professional services environment is strongly preferred

  • Experience working with Rational tools or TogetherJ/Control Panel is preferred [/FONT][/COLOR]<o:p></o:p>
