So I’m making a platformer game on Flash 8 at my school, I have all the coding I need except for one little bit. Basically, whenever that character the person playing the game plays as, touches certain items, I want it to go to a frame in the movieclip, which I can specify myself with instance names. I also want a code that will play a frame on the timeline, when it reaches a frame in the movieclip, I’ve tried GoToAndPlay but that only goes to the frame in the Movieclip, not the original flash timeline.
If somebody could please give me these codes It would be MUCH appreciated and I would give a special thanks in the credits of the flash.
Also I need this fairly urgently as I only have around 1 1/2 hours.
