Hi All!

I made a new logo for my studio. Tell me what you think!

I only thought of that because you guys said Neverwinter, and it starts with an N.

Also, I have seen the Neverwinter logo, so of course I could see similarities in the text.

I don’t see much change from this version and the previous ones. And i’ve said b4 it was the stock Neverwinter font… it’s just average and obviously been done b4. the outer glow on the ring is real harsh doesn’t look like a true glow, the inner glow is alright but not great.

I made a logo symplistic… i didn’t have one before :slight_smile:

wut do you mean by true glow? white rings don’t realy glow blue in real life… so it’s kinda hard to have a true glow :wink:

Where can you get educational versions from and what is the difference? I doubt you could help me, seeing as you’re in the US, but anyone from Australia who knows… help!!

the only difference is that your not alloud to use them for commercial use. i think you can get an educational license for 1 year with 3d max for 1 or 2 hundred $. Maya is a different story though. They don’t sell upgrades and their educational version is a tad bit more expensive :slight_smile:

oh yeh… Ummm I dunno about it now… it looks too different from your site. Plus I’m not really a fan of splash screens that you have to click… or splash screens in general.

Any kind of glow has multiple colors in them… not just one solid color. All you have is a solid blue glow, and… not only does it not really taper off well it’s way to harsh. It needs to be like an aqua and a dark blue in there.

3dnirvana: Here in DK we have student licenses of max6 for 800dkr (little over 100$), which works for 2 years :slight_smile:
