I have two back-end projects that I need development for:
1.) Create a resume database that interfaces with our CRM software. GOAL - to allow visitors to my site, upload their resume - where it would be housed on my site in a database and/or linked to my CRM for accurate data of my client base.
2.) Create an easy job listing page (that list all open jobs we are recruiting for) that is searchable and provides job agents - linked or unlinked to my CRM software.
We will negotiate our HR consulting and/or recruiting services for your firm in exchange for these critical biz projects.
