I just started trying to learn Flash for fun. I’m going through tutorials but can’t figure out how to make a movie clip an instance of another movie clip. I’m pretty sure this is a really simple question but I can’t figure it out.
Place the movieclip on stage.
Option/alt-drag the movieclip; a duplicate is created.
This duplicate is an instance of the original movieclip.
