I guess it’s kind of a bad title but I couldn’t figure out anything better. I’ve been using WordPress for a while and just to mix it up a bit switched over to Mephisto this morning. While it’s definitely a big change, I’m still looking for something that will really take my blogging (I’m not sure if my late-night completely random posting is defined as blogging.) to the next level. While Mephisto is interesting and blazing fast, it seems to lack a lot of the power and customizability of WordPress. So my main question is, is there are really good software out there that is like a step-up from WordPress but still is free and isn’t a pain in the but to make custom themes for. Or am I stuck with WordPress? :q: I’d kind of also like to hear your opinions about the different options out there too.
