I used to get them a lot. My inbox would be filled with them on a daily basis, which irrtated me because then I wouldn’t be able to get replies to PMs that were meant for me in the way that PMs were meant to be used.
So I continued deleting them and then I added the text in my footer and the amount of Question PMs I recieve has since decreased, but I still get a few. The mouse pointer is trained to go right to the delete button when they are in there.
I got my first n00b quesion PM. lol
Of course about a preloader “i gota preload this. mail me”
Something like that. lol
For the most part I get relevant PMs, but every now and then you have some kids <=16 years old who think that I’m their babysitter and must settle their personal disputes

I think my new sig will clear up the newbie PMs.

Thats sad. Really sad actually. Almost as sad as the goons that post threads wanting to know why people dont like them or are mad at them.
Those people seriously need to go get some “real” friends.

good thing when I was a n00b when I started here I did not even know about the PM feature. But I too like LIB added a lil sumthin sumthing in the footer area. For a while someone dubbed me the html king. I’ll let you imagine what those Pm’s were like. Unfortunately I answered just about all of them still but, since I added the text to my footer those have decreased. Plus I had a post about it a while back.
