this little function I made does following

Number : 5.4445 … toFloatString(Number, 2) : 5.44
Number : 5.4475 … toFloatString(Number, 2) : 5.45
Number : 5.4475 … toFloatString(Number, 3) : 5.448
Number : 5.44 … toFloatString(Number, 3) : 5.440

it converts number to string displaying it like a float

good for shopping applications
