Hello, I discovered this very flash site by Leo Burnett.

It’s some kind of international advertising agency. Even before you delve into the depths of what the site has to offer, it’s the first opening page that is most intriguing.
I’ve had a peek at the Ibcom.swf using a decompiler (Gordon), then I opened the .fla file in Adobe Flash CS3 to see it in greater detail.
I’m wondering how does the pencil draw on-screen? Does anyone have any ideas?
I would like to have a watered-down, simple version of this on my own site but I can’t understand how the pencil follows the mouse pointer around the screen and how it selects the navigation.
Not being a Flash expert, I’m a bit gobsmaked at the info I see in the decompiled swf. The .fla is extremely short and it seems to call in a whole plethora of other swf files from where, I do not know. The pencil piece however isn’t clear how it loads into the animation, nor is it clear from the Ibcom.fla file how it actually comes to appear on the screen.
I’m still none the wiser 
I’ve had a go at testing the movie and publishing it from the fla in Adobe Flash CS3, however the swf file is lifeless in comparison to the online edition of the same named file. It has me confused. The decompiled version shows no more than 7 frames within the scene but the swf version never goes to or reaches the second or subsequent phases. This is what I cannot understand.
There’s no reported output errors in the tested or published file, but it’s hard to miss some 108 ActionScript errors. I personally do not understand what these mean.
How can I replicate the opening scene in http://www.leoburnett.com/Ibcom.swf with the moving and navigating pencil?
