Opacity help in flash 5 (easy help)

ok, could someone like help me here… I’m pretty newbish in flash but i can do stuff, just not all of it… and i’m pretty good in photoshop… so…

how do i change opacity on objects… I just cant find it anywhere :stuck_out_tongue:

(and if someone know any tutorial that can help me: "When mouseover on a text(button object) slowly fade in a blinking dot to the left of the text and make it stay there untill you take the mouse away, then it’s supposed to slowly fade out)

I wonder why they made it so hard… And I’ll have to say the same about scrollbars… man… Couldn’t they just make an easy “add scrollbar button”… How hard crould it be. i mean, pretty much every page uses it :stuck_out_tongue:

instant placement scroll bars have been added in Flash MX. Likewise _alpha properties are easier to set in MX than in 5.0.

Well… I’ll just DL flash Mx… BTW… can you oopen flash 5stuff in flash MX (this question cant be to hard to ignore)…
well… I’ll check if mr. kazaa feels nice today… he might give me flash MX…

You can open 5.0 docs in MX, but you can’t open mx docs in 5.0. There is an option in MX to save your FLA as a 5.0 doc though.
