Open new window

two things:

  1. how do you open a new window if you have thumbnail pics in the flash movie but want the full pic to open up in a new window? Is this Javascript inside flash?

  2. How do they do the menu bar here at this site:
    http://www.angiestoneonline.com/splash.html#
