I was wondering if somone could point me to a good tut on how to optimize a flash movie that’s using mostly imported jpgs and pngs. The ones I’ve read have been mostly about optimizing vector based stuff, that was created within flash.
Unfortunatly the nature of the site I’ve built doesn’t allow for anything other then actual image files to be used, as they can’t be recreated within flash.
I’ve brought the image quality of my images down to the lowest point I can, w/o them looking all dithered when viewed. My movie is still ~650k tho, and loads very slow on dialup connections.
