Anybody know an efficient program that categorizes and organizes files of all extensions without moving them from their original locations on the hard drive? Also, making an ID tag for each file (kinda like for music files) wouldn’t be a nice add-on to this program either.
Important: I use Windows XP (not upgraded to SP2, although I should)
