Output Flash to a DVD

Hello Everyone!
I was just curious if anyone here has output Flash to a DVD and if so, do you have any recommendations or cautions that you can offer.

What is the best format to output to from Flash?
Quicktime?

Is 24fps good enough? Or should I go with 30fps?

ANY advice you can offer would be AWESOME and most appreciated.

I’ve done a few DVDs… I’m running 24fps, exporting as a .swf file and make the .swf into a .avi file in this program called “swf2VideoPro” - its pretty cool 'cause then you can do movieclip animations and still having them move in your .avi file.
