Hello everybody! I’ve seen a lot of articles about pricing and writing the brief when outsourcing, but not that many concerning the communication itself. It would be great if some established “outsources” would share their experience. For one thing, I’m sure different regions of the world conduct business differently. It would be great to know that in advance and approach them more knowledgeably. Yeah, there are books about that, but as I look at it, web business is whole different world than the traditional “me buy potato, you sell tomato” thing. Also the process itself, is it possible to do it only via e-mail? Or most of the clients demand a communication over the phone? The second thing is that… when company A outsources to company B, does company B allow company A to communicate directly with the programmers/designers or only through middlemen?
Well, that’s enough for now. I think if we get a discussion going on here, a lot of people will save nerves and time when doing outsourcing. Thank you
