Override Default publish settings?

Hi,

I have few questions about modifying default publish settings in Flash:

  1. Is it possible somehow turn off all publishing options leaving just Flash and HTML option (I know I can uncheck other options, but I’d like to completely hide them)

  2. Is it possible to pre-define publish settings for Flash and HTML so that whenever user creates new file it will publish with these settings? (I know that this can be done if the new file is created using the template, but I’d like to make it default also for non-template files)

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this.
