Ok, I’ve been wondering how do people achieve this effect like it’s a background that the content is scrolling over - but as you scroll down theres different background images, and the first page also when you scroll down lets certain animations play when you hit a point.
I’m not completely new to jQuery and I know CSS and HTML fairly well but I’d really love it if someone could point me in the right direction, as this would be a really neat idea for a portfolio or something.
