Passing ® character out of flash

I have a combo box which contains some values with the ® character.

Those values get passed to ASP to db then to a textfile ( I do only work on the Flash side of things ).

My point being I’m not sure where it’s getting screwed up, but the end result is

REALTOR ®

instead of

REALTOR ®

Any ideas? I’m not sure if this is a Flash thing or what.
