i’m making a button for personal options, but i won’t be able to fit any words on it because it’s so small…so, can anyone think of a small picture i could put on the button so that the user would have some clue as to where the button goes, and when he/she rolls over it, there will be a little popup that tells them that this is personal options
a lil pencil…one of those lil guy with a circle for a head and a rounded rectangle body, the letter “o”, an exclamation point, how big is the button??
61(w) x 17(h)…but even if i CAN fit a word…i don’t want it on there!
have 2 of those lil guys I described but have one like a bright color like red and the other one grey
um…can you do a quick pic…i don’t entirely get it…with the letter “o” and exclamation point…what’s that all about?
those are just something to draw attention to the button, “O” for “options”. Exclamation point lets the user know action is required. Like if you see a sign with an exclamation point on it you know there is something going on there.
oooohhhhhhh…ok…well i already made a little sign with a red and gray person on it…i guess i’ll put an exclamation point on top of it
the red and gray person thingy would be enoough you just want to give the user something to associate the option page with I am guessing? So just a lil something but not too much is sufficient. Mine were just ideas you do not have to use those.
alright…well ya i’m gonna keep the little people…they’re cool
a wrench?
[ or better yet a wrench wif lil ppl on it! Like ppl+wrench=personal wrench=personal options ]
very good idea…i’m sure if i’ll be able to put ppl on it…because of size limitations…but a wrench shall make an appearance on the button!
