I am going to create a “virtual tour” for a site. It’s not going to be interactive (no hot spots, etc…), just a list of several 360 degree panoramas.

Can anyone recommend some good software for this? I’m just now starting to look into this, so I’m not sure what software is “top dog” for this sort of thing.

It’s an excellent program for stitching. Although it takes quite a bit of time to process, it’s worth the wait.

So euhm, you what, just take a couple of pictures with a regular camera, just by moving your camera from left to right, so you get multiple pics, and then that program adjusts them so they become a panorama or something?

Me dumb.

I use 3dvista. www.3dvista.com . They have many cool plugins and stuff also. I highly recommend it.
